Under 19 & Under 23 Rugby

The Pittsburgh Harlequins U19 & U23 Select Side represents the next generation of elite rugby talent in Western Pennsylvania. As a development program affiliated with the storied Pittsburgh Harlequins Rugby Football Club, our select sides bring together the region’s top young players to compete at the highest level of age-grade rugby.

Built on a foundation of discipline, teamwork, and passion for the sport, the U19 and U23 teams offer a high-performance pathway for aspiring athletes. Players are selected based on merit, potential, and commitment, with access to elite coaching, advanced training facilities, and competitive match opportunities both regionally and nationally.

Our mission is to develop well-rounded athletes who embody the spirit of rugby—on and off the pitch—preparing them for success at the collegiate, club, and national levels. Whether you’re chasing a national championship or looking to grow within a supportive, competitive environment, the Harlequins Select Side is where future stars take shape.

All Players from Western PA and the surrounding area are eligible to play.

Practice Schedule
Tuesdays and Thursdays Starting May 6th
U19 – 6:00 – 8:00pm
U23 – 6:30 – 8:30pm
All practice will be at Founders Field unless otherwise noted
Players need to bring cleats, rugby shorts, a mouthguard, and water.
