According to RugbyPA Board Chairman John McNichol, “We are thrilled to have Scott join us as a fellow Board member and interim executive director.  He is a strategic thinker who brings tremendous enthusiasm to all that he does.”  Mr. Brown commented, “I am honored by the Board’s faith in me to serve.  Rugby in Pennsylvania is on the rise and we, as an organization, have a heavy responsibility to grow our sport in the safest and most professional way possible.”
